The aim of our Personal Safety Awareness training (keeping safe) is to ensure that, if it was to happen your employees have the right skills to manage the situation at that moment at that time, \u2018how we react to someone who is upset, angry or aggressive will affect the overall outcome\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We take pride in tailoring our courses to suit the service being delivered and the type of incidents your staff have or may experience.
