The aim of our Personal Safety Awareness training (keeping safe) is to ensure that, if it was to happen your employees have the right skills to manage the situation at that moment at that time, \u2018how we react to someone who is upset, angry or aggressive will affect the overall outcome\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We take pride in tailoring our courses to suit the service being delivered and the type of incidents your staff have or may experience.<br> <br><strong>Course Objectives<\/strong><br>To equip staff with the knowledge and skills to understand their personal safety and manage difficult\/challenging situations whilst carrying out their job role.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Learning Outcomes:<\/strong><br> \u2022 To be aware of local Violence &amp; Aggression policies and procedures.<br> \u2022 To identify potentially dangerous situations.<br> \u2022 To have the skills to manage the situation in a safe and professional way.<br> \u2022 To be self-aware of how we react when put into a situation we find difficult\/challenging<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Wrexham Social Services March 2021 <em>&#8220;Excellent, it was a really useful course and definitely worthwhile and something that would benefit everybody.
